Precision Voltage Standard 精密电压基准
the super Precision Voltage Standard is based on LTZ1000ACH super zener from Linear Technology.
the SCH is all the same as mention in LTZ1000's datasheet.
the adjustable voltage standard is also based on LTZ1000ACH too, which uses 16bits
x2ch PWM mechanism to achieve 10V reference. voltage adjust by two 16 bits DAC, volt read back by a high precision low noise 24 bits ADC, which can be act as a 6~7 digits DVM.
performance specification:
resolution: 0.5 PPM
full-scale error: 0.5 PPM
offset error: 0.25 PPM
INL: 0.5 PPM
Settling time: 1.5 s
Adjust time: 30 s
output range: 0~10V
buildin thermostat: 0.1 C resolution
now the system has been tested, it wiill be as a product soon ^_^
